This Privacy Policy explains how TreeService.ai (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), a product of Rize Digital LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, try our live demo, or request a walkthrough. Questions? Email hello@treeservice.ai.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit a form or book a demo, we collect details such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, website, and answers to qualification questions (e.g., call volume, crew size, current tools).
• Demo conversations. If you use the “Talk to it now” demo, we record the audio and transcript of that conversation and any company name you enter, to run the demo and improve our product. The demo uses your microphone only while a call is active.
• Phone demo calls. If you ask us to call you for a demo, or you call our demo line, we record the audio and transcript of the call, along with the name, company and phone number you give us, and a summary of what was said. We use them to run the demo, show you the summary, follow up with you, and improve our product. When you ask for a demo call, we keep a record of your consent: the time, the wording you agreed to, the IP address you used, the page you asked from, and how you reached it (for example, the campaign tags in the link). If you call our demo line and ask us not to call you again, we add your number to our do-not-call list and won’t place demo calls to it.
• Information collected automatically. Usage data such as pages viewed, referring URLs, device and browser type, and IP address, gathered through analytics and advertising cookies.
• How you use our pages. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our website: clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, shown to us as heatmaps and session replays. Clarity is set to mask what you type into form fields, so replays don’t show the details you enter.

How we use your information

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule or conduct a demo.
• Assess whether our product is a fit for your business.
• Measure and improve our website and advertising.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

Phone, SMS & email

When you submit a form, we may call or email you about your request. We send text messages only if you check the separate, optional SMS box on our forms. Those messages are about your demo or walkthrough, follow-ups to your inquiry, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. See the SMS terms in our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our scheduling provider (Calendly), our CRM, messaging and lead-routing provider (GoHighLevel), our email provider (Resend), our voice AI provider for the live demos and demo calls (Retell AI), analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta, and Microsoft Clarity), and our hosting provider (Vercel), and where required by law. These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. The SMS commitment above applies to all of them.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising through tools provided by Google and Meta’s ad preferences.

Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising record how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, using first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. We use what they record to improve our website and our marketing; Microsoft also uses it for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@treeservice.ai. We honor applicable privacy rights, including those under U.S. state privacy laws.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
