Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TreeService.ai website (the “Site”), operated by Rize Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

What the Site is

The Site provides information about our AI receptionist product for tree service companies and lets you request or book a demo. Use of the product itself is governed by a separate service agreement provided at signup.

Plans, cancellation & 30-day money-back guarantee

Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time. If you are not satisfied in your first 30 days of service, email hello@treeservice.ai within those 30 days and we will refund what you paid. Your service agreement sets out the full terms.

No guarantee of results

Any revenue, ROI, savings, response-time, booking, or other performance figures shown on the Site are illustrative examples for explanation only and are not guarantees or projections of actual results. Results vary based on your market, call volume, pricing, and how the product is used. The Site does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information when submitting a form or booking.
• Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through automated means without permission.
• Do not submit another person’s information without consent.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: TreeService.ai (Rize Digital LLC) texts about your demo or walkthrough, follow-ups to your inquiry, and account notifications.
• Opt-in: you receive texts only if you check the separate, optional SMS box on our forms. It is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out and help: reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@treeservice.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Live AI demo

The “Talk to it now” demo connects you to an AI receptionist, not a person. Conversations are recorded and transcribed to run and improve the demo, and end after a few minutes. The demo plays a sample tree company; nothing you say is passed to a real tree service business. Don’t share sensitive personal information in the demo.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its content, branding, and design, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (such as a scheduling provider). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
